Protecting your privacy
Revolutionare takes privacy very seriously, and your trust is important to us. glooq users should know:

1. Revolutionare does not share any email content or other personally identifiable information with advertisers.
2. Revolutionare NEVER sells, rents or otherwise distribute any mail address with any third party under any circumstance
3. Revolutionare takes every precaution to protect our customers’ private information. When customers submit sensitive information via email, your private information is fully protected.
4. Revolutionare uses security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.
5. All Revolutionare’s employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to regain access to your private information if accessed. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.

How do we protect your privacy?
In personal email communications, there has always been, and always should be, an expectation of privacy between the sender and the intended recipients of a message, enabling open communication with friends, colleagues, family, and others.

Privacy is compromised, however, if personal information or private email content is shared with parties other than the sender and intended recipients without their consent. This is not the case when people use glooq. Revolutionare does not share or reveal email content or personal information with third parties. Email messages remain strictly between the sender and intended recipients, even when only one of the parties is a glooq user.

Of course, the law and common sense dictate some exceptions. These exceptions include requests by users that Revolutionare support staff access their email messages in order to diagnose problems; when Revolutionare is required by law to do so; and when we are compelled to disclose personal information because we reasonably believe it’s necessary in order to protect the rights, property or safety of Revolutionare , its users and the public.

These exceptions are standard across the industry and are necessary for email providers to assist their users and to meet legal requirements.

Information security
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of emails. These include security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations.

All of Revolutionare’s servers are kept in a fully secure environment at all times. Physical access to all our data centers can only be possible with the controlled use of magnetic cards. Additionally, all our data centers are fully manned, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by trained security guards, and utilizing closed-circuit video surveillance equipment at all times.
We do everything we can to ensure our Customers’ information is fully protected.

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor. Regardless, we will post any Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Policy changes).
